Abstract

PURPOSE:To define a depth of the ink induction part at option and decrease a resistance of fluid by forming both a liquid chamber and the ink induction part at a specified depth of a combined plane of vibratory nozzle plate and by forming the nozzle as a through-pass hole from its end surface. CONSTITUTION:In the nozzle plate 1 are formed a liquid chamber 3 concaved to a specified depth with its one side being released and an ink induction part 4 to be communicated with the ink feeding hole 2. Ink is fed under a component pressure to the liquid chamber 3 and the ink induction part 4, a signal is applied to an electric strain vibratory element 11 by a control circuit, a volume of the liquid chamber 3 is decreased via vibratory plate 8, and thereby fine ink drips are injected from the nozzle 7. In this case, the liquid chamber 3 and the ink induction part 4 are formed deeper than that of a conventional system, so that the fluid resistance is low and thereby an efficient injection of ink drips is performed even if the electric strain vibrating element 11 is small in size, resulting in forming a stack of the nozzles 7.
