Abstract
PURPOSE: A polypropylene resin composition that is made by adding a mineral oil resin or its hydrogenated product to a polypropylene polymer, thus showing high transparency and extrusion processability.
CONSTITUTION: Said composition comprises (A) 100 parts by wt of a polypropylene polymer, (B) 0.1W25 parts of a mineral oil resin resulting from polymerization of C4W9 fraction of mineral oil or its hydrogenated product, when needed, (C) 5W200 parts of a impact modifier, wherein the mineral oil resin or its hydrogenated product has a softening point of 50W230°C according to ASTME-28-67, ball ring method and a melt viscosity of 0.01W500 poise at 200°C measured by B- type viscometer. The polypropylene polymer used is, e.g., polypropylene homopolymer, random, graft copolymer of more than 50wt% of propylene with other monomers or their polymer blend mainly containing the same.
