Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure the automatic control for the sound recorder/reproducer by securing the reproduction state by drawing in the record/reproduction card and then resetting the silence state to the initial setting state at the detection time. CONSTITUTION:With insertion of the record/reproduction card into the recorder/ reproducer, power switch S1 closes coupling to the card insertion. And plunger PS1 is excited to draw the card into the fixed position as well as turn the turntable via motor M. Then subswitch S2 closes via the card drawn into the fixed position to secure the reproduction state via the converter which turns in a body with the turntable. Transistor Tr1 is kept on by the time constant circuit until the closure of switch S2 and never turned off via silence detector circuit B. Then Tr is turned off by the silence detection signals given from circuit B after reproduction of a fixed time, thus carrying out the closure of the power switch, the exhaustion of cards and others. The malfunction can be prevented by a series of such automatic control.
