Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the captioned photoreceptor with which the orignal chromatic parts other than black are sufficiently identifiable when black and white copying is done from a multicolor original by laminating and using two layers of photoconductive layers having the specific spectral sensitivities.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st photoconductive layer which is sensitive to chromatic color light A only under positive (or negative) charging and the 2nd photosensitive layer which allows the transmission of the chromatic color light A and is sensitive to chromatic color light B under negative (or positive) (i.e., polarity opposite from that of the 1st photoconductive layer) charging are subsequently laminated on a conductive substrate and the ratio between the sensitivity of the 2nd photoconductive layer and the sensitivity of the 1st photoconductive layer which makes the 2nd photoconductive layer as its filter is made 20W100, whereby the composite photoreceptor for electrophotography is obtained.
