Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a travelling apparatus for rice planting, wherein a pair of propelling wheels are pivotaly mounted on wheel support cases which are vertically swingable, and forward portions of floats on both sides are joined vertically movably to the support cases through link mechanisms, so that the stabilization of rice planting and simplification of the travelling apparatus will be effected. CONSTITUTION:Wheels 4, 4 mounted on both sides of the apparatus body equipped with a planting means 2 are supported by free ends of transmission and wheel supporting cases 10, 10 which are mounted vertically swingably and pivotably on the apparatus body. Between the wheels and on outer sides of the both wheels are arranged a center float 5 and side floats 6, 6 to pivot adjacently to a planting mission 7, the forward portions of the floats can vertically move around fulcrums at the rear portions thereof, the forward portions of the side floats 6, 6 are supported by support arms 20, 20 and links 19, 19 which extend outwardly from the swing fulcrums of the support cases 10, 10. Thus the construction of the present apparatus is simplified, and the wheels and floats coact to prevent disordered rice planting posture due to listing of the apparatus body.
