Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the high performance canti-lever light in weight and high in the rigidity, by kneading the resin and graphite powder in mixture and orientating the graphite powder with rolling flat plate into molding, and carbonizing or graphiting the molded body.
CONSTITUTION: After heating and kneading in mixture for 30% of polyvinylchloride and 70% of graphite powder 20μ or less in the average particle diameter, for example, the mixture is rolled and the flat plate 3 in which the graphite powder 2 is oriented in the plate 3 in the resin 1 is made.
