Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture the titled salt simply by a method wherein a silicate is added to an Al working waste liquor, which is produced by adding carbon particles, magnetite impalpable powder or one portion of an aluminosilicate obtained and is refined.
CONSTITUTION: Impurities contained in an Al working waste liquor are difficult to be removed, but the impurities cohere on the outer circumferences of additives when adding carbon particles, which do not react with caustic soda, magnetite powder or a small quantity of one portion of an aluminosilicate acquired by preceding treatment, and deposits, which are easy to be filtered, are formed. Thus, the Al working waste liquor is refined easily and simply. When adding a silicate such as sodium silicate to the Al working waste liquor refined, the silicate reacts with sodium aluminate in the waste liquor, and sodium aluminosilicate with high purity is precipitated, and separated from NaOH in the waste liquor.
