Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease vibrations under high load effectively by placing urethane- elastomer member in between base body and base-supporting body, while forming cut-off part in one portion of urethane-elastomer member where this touches the bottom face of base body. CONSTITUTION:Between base body 1 on the upper part of which is fixed vibration- generating source and concave place 2 formed on the bottom face 5 is formed covering layer 3 and the bottom part of covering layer 3 is also formed cut-off part 4. Since this cut-off part 4 is intended to absorb the change of volume caused between concave place 2 and base body 1, cut-off is required to perform in a necessary and enough ratio in relation to the area of bottom part of base body. In addition, for covering layer 3 urethane-elastomer of desirable high volume density is used, and it is formed by composed material consisting of polyhydric alcohol, organic polyisocyanate, urethane catalyzer, chain lenghtening agent, foaming agent and foam stabilizer, and the like.
