Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate make-over of reject image, by putting print correction data mark in the blank margin of image frame, detecting the reject mark, and controlling the cutting so that the blank margin may not be cut off the image frame.
CONSTITUTION: Print correction data marks 4 are printed in margins 3A, 3B, 3C next to picture frames 2A, 2B, 2C. A reject mark 5 is put on image 2B because it is a rejected image. A belt of photographic paper 1 is sent by rotation of a pulse motor 13, and presence or absence of reject mark is detected in every image by means of a sensor 11 at the frame position and a mark sensor 12 of image frame, and a cutting means 14 is controlled so that the margin in which the print correction data mark is printed may not be cut off the image frame. In this mechanism, when making over the rejected image, the print correction data may be utilized.
