Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily enlarge a photographed negative film into various sizes of printing by setting a code designating the size of enlargement and recording the code on a specified position of the negative film. CONSTITUTION:The codes C1 and C2 for executing the printing on the specified position on a printing paper in a desirable enlarging magnification are respectively recorded on the respective frames F1 and F2. When the frame F1 is guided to a printing position, the code C1 is detected by a detector and enlarging printing P1 is automatically executed. Next, when the frame F2 is guided to the printing position, the code C2 is detected and the enlarging printing P2 is printed out. When the film is set in an automatic photographic printer, the printing can be automatically executed in larger printing magnification than those of other frames according to the enlargement information by the codes.
