Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a semiconductor integrated circuit by limiting an injector supply current of a unit having switching transistors and injectors forming an injection type integrated circuit (IC) to thereby reduce the number of the units. CONSTITUTION:The supply currents of injectors 6, 7 are so set in a circuit having switching transistors 4, 5 and injectors 6, 7 that the switching maximum inflow currents of the transistors 4, 5 are lower than the maximum supply current of an injector 8 at next stage. A plurality of such circuits at the first stage are provided, the collectors of the switching transistors of these circuits the first stage are connected in parallel and connected to the injector 8 of the next stage. According to this configuration, even when less circuits of the first stage that predetermined number are operated, the next stage is not switched, but when more circuits of the first stage than predetermined number are operated, the next stage is switched. When the injector supply currents are thus limited, this configuration can reduce the number of units to thereby simplify the integrated circuit with rapid processing and reduced power.
