Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a semiconductor integrated circuit by forming switching transistors forming an injection type integrated circuit (IC) in multi-collector type having different collector dimensions. CONSTITUTION:Injectors 6, 7 are connected to the bases of multi-collector type switching transistors 15, 16, respectively. The transistor 15 incorporates collectors having different areas, one of which is connected to an injector 8 at next stage. One of the collectors has such area that the miximum inflow current to the collector is lower than the maximum supply current of the injector 8 at next stage, and another the collector has such area that the miximum inflow current is higher than the maximum supply current of the injector 8 at next stage. This configuration can reduce the number of units, accelerates the logically processing speed, and reduces the power consumption.
