Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a probe suited to the ultrasonic diagnosis device by securing the easy folding and fit to the tested subject by giving the flexibility to the piezoelectric ceramics. Electrodes 2 and 3 are covered with insulator material 6, and lead wires 4 and 5 are led out from electodes 2 and 3 respectively. And the flexibility is given to plate 1, thus forming the probe suited to the ultrasonic diagnosis device.
