Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance durability and uniformity of a radial tire remarkably as well as prevent any abnormal vibration under high-speed running by providing a reinforcement cord layer in contact with the carcass cord layer in such a way that the bead filler becomes surrounded thereby.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement cord layer 6 is arranged at the two ends of the carcass cord layer 1 in such a way as contacting with this carcass cord layer 1.This reinforcement cord layer 6 shall surround the bead filler 5 arranged at the upper part of the bead wire layer 4 and shall have close contact with the carcass cord layer 1, and outside this surrounding area a rubber stock S1 is placed in close contact and further an auxiliary rubber stock S2 is placed outside them in close contact. By such a construction, a carcass cord layer and a folded cord layer can be prevented from direct bond at each lapping area and accordingly the uniformity of tires can be assured.
