Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent operation defects with a simple circuit constitution by providing a prescribed resistance between the input end and the output end of a bistable circuit and by connecting a constant current circuit to one end where input ends are connected commonly. CONSTITUTION:NAND circuits 15...17 constitute a bistable circuit where a high level and a low level appear for the input voltage over threshold and below threshold respectively, and respective circuits 15...17 can be transferred from one stable state to another stable state by inverters 18...20. In this case, resistors 24...26 of determined resistance values are given between input ends and output ends of circuits 15...17, and constant current circuit 27 is connected to one end where input ends are connected commonly. As a result, operation defects can be prevented with a simple circuit constitution.
