CONSTITUTION: To a starting material such as phenols and aldehydes, a polyether compound comprising polyether of which number-average MW of main chain is 300W2000 containing double bounds at both ends of the said main chain is added such that the added amount beomes 10W75wt% to a solid content of a phenol resin to be formed and reacted in the presence of an alkaline catalyst.
