Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve handling and reliability by a method wherein a transmitting means inside a bathroom and a receiving means on a combustion apparatus outside the bathroom are provided to electrically control the burner.
CONSTITUTION: When a combustion control starting switch 27 is closed, a multivibrator circuit 28 is driven to make the output terminals 29, 30 to start output alternately. The output from the output terminal 29 excites an oscillating circuit 31 to transmit a signal from a speaker 21 to a microphone 22, which receives said signal to work a receiving circuit 36 and energizes a combustion control circuit 4 through an integration circuit 37 for controlling combustion. When a multivibrator 28 is inverted, the output from a receiving circuit 36 stops output and a timer 40 is driven. When the control circuit 4 puts out a burner combustion confirmation signal, an AND circuit 41 puts out to drive an oscillating circuit 42 and transmit a signal to the microphone 21 through the microphone 22 as speaker for indicating combustion confirmation to the indicator 35 inside the bathroom.
