Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce a composite body of a ceramics and a cross linking foaming resin body at a high efficiency but at a low cost by combining the foaming body to a ceramics of a complicated shape with ease employing a simple as well as automatizable process.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. of resin composed of a 0W90pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride polymer or copolymer having a hydroxyl group or a carboxyl radical in the molecule and a vinyl chloride polymer or copolymer not having a responsive functional group in the molecule is blended with 1W10pts.wt. of a foaming agent and 1W10pts.wt. of a cross-linking agent to prepare a powder-or pellet-like cross linking resin composition. The cross linking resin composition is premolded below the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent blended. A ceramics B and a mold A are set through the premolded body. The assembly thus set is heated so that the premolded product is foamed and cross linked while adhering to the ceramics B. The heated set assembly is cooled and the mold A is removed therefrom.
