PURPOSE: To secure the transmission of the timing signal group with division into one-cycle unit while keeping the phase relation to each other, by counting the 1-cycle timing advance signals and then selecting the timing signals corresponding to the count number.
CONSTITUTION: For timing signals 200W207 and at the normal time, 4-phase timing groups 300W303 which are turned on once in a cycle are transmitted along with 4-phase timing groups 304W307 which are turned on once in 4 cycles each. Now with application of 1-cycle timing advance signal 103, the ON frequency is counted by counter 11. Then the gates corresponding to these count value are opened in sequence among gates 24W27, and the 1-cycle timing signals held by FF15W17 forming the delay circuit are selected and delivered. In this way, the timing signals can be transmitted with division into one-cycle unit while keeping the phase relation to each other.
