CONSTITUTION:A row 12, in which heating resistances 4 are arranged on a glaze layer 18, and a circuit part 13, in which an insulation layer 20 are formed, are formed on an insulation substrate 11. The circuit part 13 consists of a IC tip 22, into which each unit of several tens bits of shift registors 2 is built, and a IC tip 21, into which each unit of several drivind elements 3 is built, and is guarded from an outer environment by means of a metal cap 14. Besides, the cap 14 is electrically connected to a common film wiring 23 of a drivind element to function as a bus L2 for current feeding.
