Abstract

PURPOSE: To restrain the welded part of pipings, prevent its breakdown and minimize fluid gushing by ceasing the movement in the pipe axis direction of the rings provided to both sides of a sleeve at the outside circumference of the welded part of pipings by means of stoppers and clamps.
CONSTITUTION: Pipings 5, 6 are connected by welding and with the welded part 10 as a center, a sleeve 1 for preventing gushing of inside fluid is mounted to the outside circumferences of the pipings 5, 6, at a fixed space to the pipings 5, 6. Next, stoppers 4a, 4b are fixedly provided to the outside circumferences of the pipings 5, 6 in such a manner that the welded part 10 positions roughly at the center of the sleeve 1. Thence, with the sleeve 1 as a center, rings 2a, 2b for clamp supporting are mounted and a stopper 4c is provided on the piping 5 side. Stoppers 4d, 4e are mounted to the piping 6 side to prevent the rings 2a, 2b from moving. The clamps 3 inserted into the lugs 7 of the rings 2a, 2b are restrained in the axial direction of the pipings 5, 6 by means of nuts 8 via the respective rings 2a, 2b.
