When the disturbing light is incident and a noise current is flowed to photodetecting element 1 to increase voltage drop of resistance 6, the conductance of FET9 is lowered, and the AC signal is flowed to resistance 11, and the amplification degree fo amplifier 3 is lowered up to a value determined by the ratio of emitter-grounded resistance 11 to collector load resistance 10.
