In this case, sheath 6 is coated with vinyl of >=33 in oxidation index. If paper, jute or a material of >=25 in oxygen index is used as inclusion 4, sheath 6 is coated with vinyl of >=30 in oxygen index. Thus, using vinyl of high flame resistance for the sheath minimizes the spread of a fire due to the cable.
