Abstract
PURPOSE:To dispense with high-temperature soldering or the like and greatly simplify a wiring process, by winding a conductor wire delivered out a nozzle and by bringing the end portion of a coil into contact with a cutting edge to exfoliate a coated film just before finishing winding a prescribed number of turns. CONSTITUTION:An end processor 29 has a pair of semicircular cutting edges 29a, 29b. The end 1b of a coil is placed between the cutting edges. After the edges are closed, the end of the wire is passed through between them to exfoliate a coated insulating film and a coated bonded film 5. The end processor 29 is installed between a nozzle 16 and rotary shafts 23a, 13a. The rotation of the rotary shafts 23a, 13a is slowed down just before the winding of a wire by a prescribed number of turns such as ten turns is finished. At that time, the cutting edges 29a, 29b are closed The end 1b is passed through by a length corresponding to the number of turns such as ten turnes. The coated insulating film 4 and the coated bonded ded film 5 are exfoliated by the length. This results in dispensing with high-temperature soldering or the like and greatly simplifying a wiring process.
