Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to collect energy to be utilized without loss and to improve heat exchanger efficiency as a whole, by providing a refrigerating cycle circuit driven by an engine, an engine heat circuit for absorbing heat generated by the engine, etc., and a solar heat circuit.
CONSTITUTION: When an engine 1 is driven, a refrigerant is compressed in a compressor 2 and is discharged therefrom, and the refrigerant gas at a high temperature and high pressure is circulated through a refrigerating cycle circuit 6 as shown by the solid arrows so that the room to be air-conditioned can be cooled by an interior heat exchanger 5. When a circulating pump 14 is driven, and three-way change- over valves 12, 16 are switched to communicate an engine heat circuit 18 and a solar heat circuit 19 in series, hot water which has absorbed the solar heat at a solar heat collector 15 to be heated is heated succesively through an engine heat exchanger 10 and an exhaust heat exchanger 8 as shown by the dotted arrows, and is then introduced into a main heat exchanger 13 to be used for obtaining hot water or for heating. When cooling is not required, as shown by the broken arrows only the solar heat circuit 19 is operated to circulate hot water.
