Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the voltage reduction properties of the amplifying circuit, by setting a fixed voltage drop level between the output point and the emitter of the transistor for differential amplifier and thus obtaining the DC output voltage equal to the application voltage of the common base of the differential amplifier at the output point. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of VCC/N (VCC: power voltage and N: integer) is applied to each base of transistors (TR)26 and 27 forming a differential amplifier. And resistance 43 having resistance value (r) is connected to the emitter of TR27, and one end of resistance 35 having the value of (1+n)r, where (n) is an optional number, is connected to the emitter of TR26 each. Then the other end of resistances 43 and 35 each is made common to be connected to current source 46, thus the current of (2+n)VBE/R flows, where VBE is the base-emitter voltage of the TR forming the current source and R is the resistance each. Then the emitter of TR27 is connected via resistance 38 to the collector of amplifying TR32 as well as to output end point 20, and the voltage drop is set to VBE to obtain the DC output voltage of VCC/N is obtained at point 20. Thus the voltage reduction properties can be enhanced for the amplifying circuit.
