CONSTITUTION:When the operator compares the retrival logical data and partial thesaurus displayed with a keyword B and judges that the keyword D in the partial thesauruses is adequate as the key word constituting the retrieval logical data, serial logical data change control information such as the code indicating the keyword B, a substitution instruction code, and fresh key code D are inputted from an input part 2a. Based on such control information, a control device 1 changes the keyword B in a work memory 7 to the keyword D, and the change of the retrieval logical data is acomplished thereby.
