Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a clear and high-density picture from a recording material by providing a layer of magnetic anisotropy perpendicularly on a main magnetic-pole layer made of several materials of high magnetic permeability while the entire part other than the upper is covered with a nonmagnetic material.
CONSTITUTION: Many fine materials 13 of high magnetic permeability are covered with nonmagnetic material 12 and the upper part of materials 13 of high magnetic permeability and a main magnetic-pole layer exposed in a plane shape are made of an aluminum substrate of high purity or permalloy wire. Next, magnetic anisotropic layer 14 such as a Co-Cr layer is provided on the main magnetic-pole layer perpendicularly, and a nonmagnetic protective layer of polymer resin, etc. is preferably provided to prevent abrasion, to control toner receptivity or to improve the discharge-resisting property of a copy-printing charger, etc.
