Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the usage stability, endurance, fluidity, etc. of the resulting titled composition by mixing finely powdered silica-contg. toner particles with finely powdered silica in a specified ratio to the amount of silica contained in the toner particles.
CONSTITUTION: Toner particles contg. 5W40wt% of finely powdered silica, preferably hydrophobic silica are mixed with finely powdered silica in a ratio of 1/5W 1/400 by wt. to the amount of silica contained in the toner particles. The resulting developer composition shows practically enough usage stability, endurance, environmental stability and fluidity.
