Abstract
PURPOSE: To raise stability during the idling operation time by providing a small diameter pipe in parallel with the secondary valve in a vaporizer and attaching a slow valve opened according to the amount of intake air for a mixer at the tip of the small diameter pipe.
CONSTITUTION: The LPG vaporizer 1 is designed that LPG coming into the primary valve 9 is directed into the vaporization chamber 4 to vaporize it and then supplied through the secondary valve 10 and the negative pressure chamber 3 into the Venturi 21. The slow valve 23 having a wall with a small opening, parting the negative pressure chamber 3 from the vaporization chamber 4, is provided in parallel with the secondary valve 10, and the slow lever 24 to open or close the slow valve 23 is supported on the supporting point provided by extending the supporting point of the secondary lever 14. And, at the left end of the slow lever 24, the spring 22 to control the closing force of the slow valve 23 is provided by coupling its one end to the idle screw 11.
