Abstract

PURPOSE: To cook food appropriately with a simple operation, by changing the cooking conditions for each kind of menu stored in memory of a programming unit for cooking with reference to the input from a means for detecting the weight of food to be cooked and heating characteristics in respect of the weight.
CONSTITUTION: In carrying out cooking program No.1, container 13 is at first placed on table 12 in cooking chamber 11. When keys RECIPE, 1, WEIGHT on key board 1 are pushed in the above state, digital electronic control unit 18 stores the weight of container 13 from the signal afforded from weight detecting circuit 6 and displays it in indicating section 2.
