Abstract
PURPOSE: To effect cooling of a room quickly and to improve a running efficiency of a refrigerating machine, by specifying routes of cold water to be fed into a fan coil unit respectively when a water temperature at an outlet of the refrigerating machine is above or below a certain temperature.
CONSTITUTION: When a water temperature in a cool storage tank 6 and a water temperature at an outlet of a refrigerator 5 are above a certain temperature, a cold water is circulated through a route including a refrigerating machine 5, a pump 8C, three way valves 9F, 9B, a fan coil unit 7, three way valves 9C, 9G and again the refrigerating machine 5, and therefore a room will be cooled within a shorter period. On the other hand, when the water temperature at the outlet of the refrigerating machine 5 has become below the certain temperature, the cold water is circulated through a route comprising the refrigerating machine 5, the pump 8C, the three way valves 9F, 9B, the fan coil unit 7, the three way valves 9C, 9G, the cool storage tank 6, and again the refrigerating machine 5, and therefore the refrigerating machine will be run effectively.
