Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture a laminated board available for electric insulation, etc. automatically by a method wherein white water is used which contains paper making raw material, phenol resin, a plasticizer and a fixing reagent, prepreg, which is made and dried, is held between templates and heated and worked, and the resin contained is hardened.
CONSTITUTION: Prepreg containing 20W40wt% phenol resin not hardened is manufactured in such a manner that white water produced by dispersing paper making raw material, phenol resin powder, a plasticizer, a fixing reagent, etc. into a large quantity of water and dispersing a filler, a pigment, etc. as necessary is paper- maked, and a wet sheet with approximate 60W70% moisture content is obtained, and dried at a temperature lower than 130°C. The prepreg obtained is built up by using a sheet counter, a sheet conveyor, etc. A laminated board is produced to ensure that one sheet or two or three sheets in stacking shapes as occasion calls are held between templates at that time, and heated and pressed at 140W170°C at 50W300kg/cm2 for 30W120 minutes.
