CONSTITUTION: When the cassette is loaded and the cassette loading detection switch SW is ON, the monostable multivibrator OSM is triggered, and the emitter voltage of transistor Q2 is more lowered than usual output voltage. The other output of the OSM switches on the transistor Q3. Since the fast traverse input terminal F is at low, the rewinding motor M performs low-speed rewinding. The brake force of the rewinding reel turntable is weak for the clockwise direction and strong for the counterclockwise direction. Then, the brake of the fast traversing reel turntable has inverse characteristics. Since the reel turntable of cassette tape is in braking state, the turntable winds with weak torque while the presence of slack to the tape and stopped without slack.
