Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce an operating number of times of a speed load setting motor by a method wherein the speed load setting signal is controlled within a range of its upper limit and a lower limit in accordance with an output of a generator in a turbine control system at a boiling water type nuclear power generating plant.
CONSTITUTION: An opening of a turbine steam regulating valve 4 is determined by a turbine speed load control circuit T1 and a main steam pressure regulating circuit T2. A generator output signal S9 and a speed load setting signal S10 are inputted into a nuclear furnace output regulating systrm 17 and an automatic load setting signal S7 is outputted therefrom. As the generator output S9 is increased, a load setting motor is rotated into an increasing side at a time T1. When a deviation is attained to a value L4, that means a time T2, the motor is stopped. Thus, an upper limit and a lower limit of the speed load setting signal is provided in accordance with the generator output and the motor is driven intermittently within this range, therefore, reliability may be increased remarkably.
