Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily obtain the enriched gases of each component gas from a gas mixture by using a small-size and simplified system in which hollow fibers are used as supporters to hold selectively permeable membranes or as selectively permeable membrane themselves.
CONSTITUTION: The gas mixture is introduced into an inlet 3 at a fixed flow rate or a fixed pressure and then sent to an impermeable gas chamber 8, where the gas partly passes through the membranes 9, gathers in a permeable gas chamber 7, and then goes out of a permeable gas outlet 4. And, the remaining gas passes through a valve 6 and then goes out of an outlet 5 as a low-permeable gas-enriched gas. The permeable membrane is made up of a material made up in the hollow fiber form or supported by the hollow fibers, or of a cartridge arranged in one or plural numbers.
