Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove the steel wire safely without generation of noise, vibration, etc. by filling/curing cement milk in a sheath already inserted in a reinforcing hole and crushing cement under the earth anchor work designed to prevent landslide from the wall surface after excavation.
CONSTITUTION: The reinforcing hole 2 of 120mm in diameter and approximately 10W20m in length is drilled on a bank surface 1 formed through excavation in a foundation work or the like. In this reinforcing hole 2, a tubular sheath of 28W48mm in diameter with its tip closed with a lid and steel wire 4 of 12mm diameter are inserted. Then cement milk 5 is injected and hardened. When the foundation work, etc. are completed, the steel wire has to be removed. For this reason, an inflation/ crushing agent 8 is filled into the sheath 3. After the elapse of approximately 12hr of time after inflation/c rushing agent 8 was filled in the sheath 3, the sheath 3 and hardened cement are crushed by the inflation pressure of inflation/crushing agent 8, thus making easy the removal of the steel wire 4 from underground.
