Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the compressing force at molding and to make the device small by arranging a plurality of spacer molding members which disperse the stress between the upper and lower plates in a compressing container whose inner surface is of a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:A material to be compressed 3 is inserted into the inside of a circular inner surface 2 of a cylindrical compressing container 1. Said material to be compressed 3 is compressed by the upper and lower plates in the compressing container 1, molded, and sintered, thereby a ferrite core is manufactured. In the gap between the inner surface 2 of said compressing container 1 and the material to be compressed 3, are arranged a plurality of spacer molding members 4 in an arc shape which can disperse the stress caused by the compressing. The stress caused by compressing and molding with the upper and lower plates is dispersed by the molding members 4, thereby the thermal molding with a uniform and high density can be readily performed, the compressing force in the molding can be reduced, and the device can be made small.
