Abstract

PURPOSE: To use kneaded sand at ordinary temperature without preheating and enable its rapid hardening by blowing and packing the kneaded sand using glue as its main binder into the dies of the specific temperature and drying and hardening the same by the heat of the dies.
CONSTITUTION: Dies 32, 33 are beforehand heated to 100°C or more by the burner tips provided to a pair of die plates 5, 11.
