Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a skin material without a seam and render it to accustomed to embosses of a foaming insulating material by a method wherein a metallic tube is covered with a foamed insulating material and a space between the skin material, extruded around an outer periphery of the insulating material, and the insulating material is sucked.
CONSTITUTION: A metallic tube is covered with a foamed insulating material 12 accomplished with an embossing work and connecting ends 13 thereof are bonded by a method of fusion bonding or the like. A skin material 14 is extruded around an outer periphery of the insulating material by an extruder, simultaneously, a space between the insulating material 12 and the skin material 14 is sucked, thereby, the outer periphery thereof is covered with the skin material 14 without a juncture while embosses are produced on the surface skin layer also by rendering the skin material 14 accustomed to the embosses of the insulating material 12. Peeling damages of the surface skin will never be caused and wrinkles will never be produced upon bending works.
