Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the variations in the cushion effect due to the load by a method wherein cushioned pressure is proofed, while high pressure oil on the supplying side is bled off in a cushion preventing a piston from smashing into the piston wall.
CONSTITUTION: When moving a piston 2 to the left with a directional control valve 29 set at the position shown in the drawing, a valve 8 stays in the position shown in the drawing before its protrusion 4 is thrusted into a flux detecting portion 6, and the total amount of oil flows from a pump 27 into the side chamber 7 of the piston. Next, if the protrusion 4 enters the flux detecting portion 6, there occurs a pressure difference between the front and rear sides of the flux detecting portion 6 due to the orifice effect, and a spool 15 moves to the right resisting a spring 25 in proportion to the pressure difference. A through hole 19 is choked by the right end of the spool 15, while a port 11 is connected with a port 12 via an annular groove 22 and a through hole 18. Therefore, the cushioned pressure is proofed, and the high pressure oil on the supplying side of a passage 31 is bled off.
