PURPOSE:To prevent HC from unburning and improve idle fuel consumption by providing negative pressure input of a vacuum angle advancing device in two portions of a carbureter for making ignition angle advancement full one in idling. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum angle advancing device 1 in a distributer is controlled by negative pressure passing through an orifice 16 in the normal travelling. In idling or deceleration when a throttle valve 7 in an intake path 8 is closed, negative pressure for controlling a path 10 is greater than that for advancing angle. Thus, a check valve 17 is opened to communicate the control negative pressure to a negative pressure chamber of an angle advancing device 1 to make ignition angle advancement full one. Hence, unburnt HC is reduced, abnormal combustion in a catalyzer of exhaust system prevented and combustion and idle fuel consumption are improved by stability.
