Further, a pulse output part as an auxiliary function is provided in control part 14 to make it possible to switch the normal data read mode and the test mode, and in the test mode, the pulse output part outputs an arbitrary test pulse designated by the program to the internal common bus by the command from the CPU. Then, control part 41 and input signal receiving part 13 are connected directly by the common bus, and the pulse train is given to respective channels at a time for diagnosis to shorten the diagnosis time.
