Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition imparting a coating with excellent appearance and good adhesiveness, comprising a copolymer of a specific acrylic monomer and a chlorinated polyolefin and an epoxy compound.
CONSTITUTION: A copolymer composition (A) obtained by polymerizing 30W 98wt% of an acrylic monomer comprising 0.2W30wt% of a basic nitrogen-containing acrylic monomer, 35W99.8wt% of an ester of (meth)acrylic acid and a monohydric acyclic aliphatic alcohol or a mixture thereof and 0W60wt% of another copolymerizable monomer in the presence of 2W70wt% of a chlorinated polyolefin and a compound or a resin (B) having two or more epoxy groups in a molecule such as ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether are mixed in such a ratio that a basic nitrogen atom (g atom) in the (A) component/oxygen atom (g atom) of an epoxy group in the (B) component is 0.3W3.0.
