Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a transducer of low loss by provding a wave filter consisting of a convex boss, on the end of the coaxial line of the coaxial waveguide transducer by which a signal is distributed into two. CONSTITUTION:The transducer is formed by a waffle iron type wave filter 10 consisting of a convex boss, and an internal electric conductor supporting plate 11, etc., and the internal electric conductor 8 is fixed to the supporting plate 11 provided to the end of the wave filter 10. Accordingly, the equivalent short-circuit surface to a wave which performs incidence from the coaxial line 1 of the wave filter 10 is formed on the linear waveguide 2 side. This transducer is free from electrical discontinuity and the loss becomes low, since a matching element is not used.
