CONSTITUTION:The operation switch unit 43 connects the DC input terminal of the diode bridge 13 to two leased lines 2 through the resistor RX. And one of the two leased lines 2 is connected to the input terminal SIG, and the DC output terminal of the bridge 13 is connected to the electric power source terminal VDD of the logical circuit 11 through the logical circuit electric power source part 10.
