Abstract

PURPOSE: To exhaust a large quantity of smoke being filled in a room by a method wherein an air chamber is formed at the outer surrounding of a side wall and bottom face of a fire bed of a cahrcoal fire roast cooking apparatus and the like, and a hood having an exhaust port is installed between an outer frame top edge and a fire bed top edge.
CONSTITUTION: An outer frame 5 is formed at the outside of a side wall and a bottom face of a fire bed 3 installed at a table 2 provided with an air chamber 4 and a hood 6 having an air exhaust port 6A is installed between the top edge of the fire bed 3 and the top edge of the outer frame 5. The outer frame 5 is penetrated with an air inlet duct 7 having a fan 7a which introduces air of a room. A cover 3B is installed at blowing ports 3A, 9A in such a way that the cover can be freely elevated. The smoke generated from a roast meat is surrounded with air supplied from the air inlet duct 7, is not scattered into the ambient space, rises as it is and is sucked by a canopy to be exhausted into the outside.
