Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the captioned mixed body having an excellent tint by a method wherein foaming primary liquid is reacted in a molding space provided with mold- releasing material on an endless belt and the upper and lower surfaces of a foamed body are covered with a sheet and cured in a heating oven.
CONSTITUTION: Foaming primary liquid 5 is discharged from a nozzle 4 on an endless belt 1 which has side walls along both longitudinal ends and is provided with mold-releasing material 3 on its upper surface. When a sheet 6 keeps adhesive yet after or before foaming reaction is completed, a sheet 8 such as fabric is placed on the upper surface of the sheet 6 and attached to it by the push of a belt 9. At the same time as the mold-releasing material is stripped from the foamed sheet 6, a sheet 12 such as fabric is inserted into the lower surface of the sheet 6 and is let to run above an endless belt 13. As the sheets 8, 12 are attached tightly to the upper and lower surfaces of the foamed sheet 6, it is introduced and cured in a cure oven 14.
