Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain high cooling effect in the initial period of cooling by supplying helium gas from one of branch pipes thereby forming a fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:The material to be treated A which has been heated up to its hardening temperature is charged into the fluidized bed B1 in a treating furnace 2. At this time, the 1st valve 9 is opened and the 2nd valve 10 is closed to turn the fluidizing gas of the fluidized bed B1 to helium.
