Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a balanced differential feedback amplifier of a high in-phase signal removal rate by providing resistances, equivalent to input impedance, to two terminals of the input part of an initial-stage differential amplifier and by providing the negative feedback from two terminals of the output part to the input part via feedback resistances. CONSTITUTION:Inputs to input terminals 84 and 85 are differentially amplified by FETs 57 and 58, converted into low impedance from emitters of transistors 72 and 73, and outputted from terminals 78 and 79 as balanced outputs. On the other hand, negative feedback circuits are composed of resistances RF180 and RS181, and RF282 and RS283 and transistors 63 and 64 are supplied at emitters with constant current by the constant-current circuit composed of transistors 67 and 68, Zener diode 69, variable resistance 70, and resistance 71. Consequently, since transistors 63 and 64 amplify no in-phase component, a high in-phase removal rate can be obtained and because of the amplification of a couple of amplifiers, balanced amplification of a low distortion rate is provided.
